Best Western Tbilisi City Center

The location of the hotel is literally in the center of the city. Convenient to get to the desired places. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. For example, there are grocery stores opposite the hotel. On the side of the hotel 2 steps away is a wine store. There is a public garden and coffee shops near the famous Chavchavadze Street, from which you can quickly and easily get to the Rustaveli metro station or the city center. - The room is very cozy and beautiful — a large balcony (6th floor) with a nice view. - Wonderful and varied breakfast with a great choice of food and beverages. - The interior of the whole hotel is beautiful and cozy.

The hotel is located in a quiet centre, close to the Rustavelli metro station (15 minutes walk). Public transport stops nearby (bus). Nearby there are coffee shops, cafes, a fruit shop, not far from grocery stores. Reception staff are friendly, ready to answer your questions. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed daily. The bed is comfortable for me (hard mattress). There is a balcony. Windows overlooked the courtyard, at night you can sleep with an open window, not noisy, and fresh air is cool!

Breakfast was great. Location is superb. Lots of restaurants around. Vake is central yet quiet and safe. It is a safe version of London Mayfair. I booked this hotel for three senior family members, three separate rooms, in separate occasions. They all loved it. They like the cleanliness, how attentive the staff are, decor, location and the breakfast. One elderly relative left her reading glasses in the hotel, she got in a taxi and the staff chased her out to hand this back. Another elderly relative needed some help on the room, Natia at the reception was very helpful. The hotel has been very accommodating in terms of early check in. Charged us half of a day room price only for 9am check in. Lufthansa flight arrive early. It is an overnight flight. It gave my auntie time to rest before embarking a day of sightseeing. Will book again.

Location is in a vibrant neighbourhood with everything you need within walking distance. Room was quiet of noise from the outside, however be warned if you need to sleep in the day as housekeeping can be quite loud 😉 Reception staff were lovely and helpful, even allowed me to stow my luggage before and after check in. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious and clean

I like the location as it's well connected but outside of the main tourist area so you get far better restaurants/ businesses nearby. Easily walkable to Vake Park and main shopping areas. The room was spacious and clean, this was our second time staying here and we were overall happy with it.
